Yes, but this only for delivery and attempted delivery. Because I use a local fulfilment infrastructure to cut costs and shipping times, my service provider will ship all orders with a track and sign mail service. This means your order will require a signature before it can be delivered. If your tracking number does not work, this just means your order hasn't been delivered yet.

I ship most of my orders using the Royal Mail postal service located in the UK.
All orders over the specified amount of €60 will qualify for free shipping. This offer will be applied at checkout automatically.
I have set up my store and services so I can ship globally for a flat rate of €6.50. This means that no matter where you're located in the world your shipping will still only cost €6.50. The Free Shipping discount will still apply to your order if it meets the €60 requirement.

My unframed prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes. A delivery note is included with each package but this does not contain any cost prices so you don't need to worry if you are buying a print as a gift.
Of course. I sincerely apologise that you received a damaged product. Please, notify by email within 14 days of delivery and send proof of damage to the product with images. You will have to ship the order back to the return address and upon inspection, I will organise a replacement product, or a full refund whichever you prefer.
